Carousel Ball for CHOP

The 2019 Carousel Ball, presented by Wawa, raised a record-breaking $3.5 million to benefit the Cardiac Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Just over 900 guests arrived in their black-tie best to enjoy a thoughtful, empowering program as well as a delicious meal and lively entertainment. What an incredible night and we honor those who not only brought the event to life, but also those who continue to support the important work CHOP continues to do for Philadelphia families.

Teamwork is Everything

We were very proud to play such an important role in the ball – planning, designing, producing, and so much more. Hats off to show producer Robert Canada, who ran the night on schedule, along with Kevin Levis and Emily Archbold who brought their technical production and event management skills to the effort! And, of course, as per usual, #TeamEvantine also made the space look amazing (and in technicolor)!

Evantine Design was thrilled to be part of such a spectacular and successful event and for the opportunity to work with the dedicated and creative team of event partners servicing the gala. Thank you to our event partners, most particularly Brulee Catering for serving up a fabulous meal, Ashley Gerrity Photography for capturing the evening, The Met Philly, and EastCoast Entertainment

Congratulations to all on a wonderful event!
