Hosted by Live Nation Special Events, The Fillmore Philadelphia, and My City Gives, the first-ever Change Makers “Dinner on Stage” brought together 30 of Philadelphia’s non-profit leaders to talk about joining forces in the community. The dinner party included a backstage tour of the theater, live entertainment, and a three-course meal by Wolfgang Puck Catering. Throughout the evening, various topics were raised about the community and guests were encouraged to consider Live Nation as their partner on local events.
Setting the Stage
Using only a rough sketch as a design guide, #TeamEvantine created the glamorous onstage setting using one long mirror-topped table, glistening chandeliers, and hanging arrangements of orchids. On the table surface, we placed large, lush displays of peonies, orchids, and hydrangea. Modern lucite candelabras and polished chrome candlesticks alternated with the centerpieces down the length of the table. From there, stylish Dorsia side chairs, shiny chargers, silver napkins, and clear stemware completed the fancy settings. Add some dramatic theatrical lighting and groovy tunes… and you have a dinner unlike any other! Experience the event in the following highlight reel…
We offer our sincere thanks to Katie E. Everett of My City Gives, Live Nation Special Events, and The Fillmore Philadelphia for inviting us to collaborate on this special event. We look forward to the next Change Makers Dinner on Stage!
